Havana Dinner Lounge – Nashville, TN: A fine dining “supper club’ designed around 1940’s heyday Havana and art deco New York. Cuisine was a dynamic fusion of Caribbean specialties and New Southern favorites such as award-winning Lobster Poblano Bisque and Spicy Banana Roast Pork Loin. Restaurant selected as the official season opening and closing location of the NHL’s Nashville Predators. Voted Best New Restaurant in Nashville by local newspaper. Earned awards from Wine Spectator magazine and featured in Cigar Aficionado and Playboy magazines.

Brasserie Rouge – Denver, CO: A 200-seat, white table cloth, art nouveau, turn-of-the-century, Parisian brasserie featuring classic brasserie fare such as Fruits de Mer, Coq au Van, Steak Au Poivre and a nationally recognized wine list. Restaurant featured an open kitchen setting. Aged mirrors and mosaic tile floor emanated authentic, high energy, bistro elegance. Earned awards and community recognition including Best New Restaurant in Denver, Best Place to Eat After 10 pm and Best Appetizer. Was featured in Wine Spectator magazine and Gourmet Magazine.

Buffalo Billiards / Atomic Cowboy Lounge – Austin, TX: A 21,000-square foot, high-volume bar, restaurant, private party facility and upscale billiard parlor ideally located on 6th Street in the heart of Austin’s entertainment district and near the University of Texas. Earned numerous awards and recognition from Billiards Digest and local publications and organizations, including Austin American Statesman, Austin Chronicle and the Austin Convention and Visitor Bureau.

B-52 Billiards / Red Monkey – Denver, CO: A 20,000-square foot, multi-concept, high-volume bar, restaurant, private party facility, upscale billiard parlor and nightclub located two blocks from Coors Field (home of the Colorado Rockies) in the heart of LoDo, Denver’s entertainment district. Earned awards and recognition from Billiards Digest, Denver Post, Denver Business Journal and Rocky Mountain News. Won two consecutive CLIO awards for best independently produced radio campaign.

Buffalo Billiards – Nashville, TN: A 20,000-square foot, high-volume bar, restaurant, private party facility and upscale billiard parlor on 2nd Avenue, Nashville’s designated entertainment district just blocks from Gaylord Arena (home of the Nashville Predators) and the Coliseum (home of the Tennessee Titans). Won Architecture and Design award and voted Best New Billiards Parlor in the Country by Billiards Digest.
- Atomic Cowboy – Denver, CO: A theme driven, “Jetsons meets cowboy kitsch” bar and grill located on East Colfax Avenue in an up and coming district situated near major hospitals, retail and residential developments. Menu items feature “cowboy cooking” inspired by the high-desert offerings of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
