Robert Thompson's career has centered on the restaurant industry for the last two decades. He has owned and operated numerous restaurant and club establishments for the past decade and built a successful track record in developing and operating varied dining and entertainment concepts. Robert founded and grew Cocktail Concepts, Inc. to $13 million in annual revenue with six restaurants operating under five concepts in three states. He has a keen understanding of the industry and concept dining and has proven his talent in designing, developing and operating profitable concepts with superior food and drink, extraordinary aesthetic environments and high customer satisfaction. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Regis University.
